Eksprovocator Hair Club signed a deal for 1,900 square feet at 36 West 36th Street, the Russian hair salon’s first move into the U.S. market, Commercial Observer has learned.
The salon signed a five-year deal for space on the second floor of the seven-story building, according to brokerage firm Lee & Associates.
