Russian Supermarket Owner Drops $18M on Bensonhurst Building for New Outpost

The owner of a Russian grocery store, Tashkent Supermarket, bought a Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, building for $18 million to house its third location, Commercial Observer has learned.

Odiljon Tursunov bought the two-story retail building at 1769 86th Street between Bay 17th Street and 18th Avenue from Tim ZissAllied Properties, according to Lee & Associates NYC’s Mark Kapnick, who was the sole broker.
